This is a 12 month subscription at R500.00 per month for personal and R1050.00 per month for businesses.

Payment Options

Support Hours: 1 hour per month
Best for: Individuals or families using 1 user/device at home

Typical Support Includes:

  • OS & software updates (Windows, macOS, etc.)
  • Email setup or assistance (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic antivirus management & device performance checks
  • Light assistance with Wi-Fi or printer issues (if simple)

Support Availability:

  • Business hours only (9 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri)
  • Requests handled within 48 hours
  • Best for non-urgent, occasional help

💡 Why it costs less: Home use involves simpler, isolated devices and low-stakes issues—less time, lower risk, and minimal impact if delayed.
